Membership
McLaren Districts Riding Club always welcomes new members, of any age and any experience for both horse and rider.
As well as invitations to rallies and/or competitions, members also have access to the MDRC grounds and its facilities for riding 12 months of the year (**Subject to wet weather)
2024 Membership fees
FULL YEAR 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024
Single riding member $100.00
Family membership $150.00
Associate membership $40.00
HALF YEAR 1 July 2024 to 31 December 2024
Single riding member $60.00
Family membership $100.00
Associate membership $40.00
Membership is payable at the beginning of each riding club season. Members joining from July are eligible to join at a reduced price.
Once you have submitted your membership form and fees have been received, we'll email you a welcome letter with all the club details to make your membership official. (**This may take up to 7 days)
Day memberships are available for open events.
Family memberships
We welcome and encourage families of all shapes and sizes to be members of the McLaren Districts Riding Club.
A family membership constitutes of 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 16, all residing under the same roof.
Membership requirements
Get all the information you need in our Membership information Booklet.
All members must give a minimum of 4 hours of volunteer service per year. Signing the membership form is acknowledgement and acceptance of this requirement.
Members must comply with our Club Safety and Code of Conduct.
Weather
When the forecast temperature is 34 degrees or higher for Noarlunga on the preceding Saturday evening news, club rallies will automatically be cancelled. Please check our MDRC Facebook page for cancellation confirmation
Photo Disclosure
By attending any rally or competition, you automatically give approval for your photo and results to be published on this website and the MDRC Facebook page.
